Begin With An Affirmation
To begin Law of Attraction scripting and get in the flow, start by writing an affirmation at the top of the page. It can be a word or a sentence, but it’s good to start with something that makes you feel optimistic. Try writing the word “gratitude” or “happiness” at the beginning of each page.
Start With Small Goals
Try using scripting on smaller goals if you’re not ready to script your ideal life yet or aren’t sure of what you really want. Begin by scripting your day, then the next week, the month or the year.
You can also apply this to specific things. It can be a lot easier to start with scripting a new car or apartment than a completely new life. Think about anything you’ve been dreaming of and write as if you’ve already accomplished the goal.
Writing in the present, even when you’re imagining the future, is important. Close your eyes for a second, and try to envision yourself in the situation you’re wanting to manifest.
Script it as if you were directing a movie. Set yourself in the environment you want to be in and write what you see. Try not to think about wanting or needing things, but rather on imagining yourself grateful when you already have them.
If you’re worried about a meeting, write about the positive emotions at the end of the day when it’s surpassed your expectations. If you’re dreaming about starting a business, write about how great you’ll feel when you’ve successfully launched it.

Law of Attraction Scripting Examples
- “Thank you, universe, for uniting me with my soulmate and surrounding me with so much love.”
- “I’m so grateful for finishing my medical degree and landing a job in the best hospital in my city. I’m happy for my amazing community of coworkers who inspire me to improve each day.”
- “I am incredibly grateful that I am debt-free and able to easily afford all of life’s necessities and the luxuries that make me happy.”
- “I absolutely love the beachfront house that I just purchased – it’s my dream house and I’m so thankful to the universe for paving the path for me to follow.”
- “Every time I look at my 6 figure salary, I am thankful and grateful that I am able to make such a great income.”
The more detailed the picture you’re painting for your scripting, the better. If you want a new job, consider the exact position or company you want to work for, and your ideal salary. If you want a life partner, try to think about all the little things you do with them that make you happy.
Focus on Emotions
To send out the right energy into the universe, think about how it would make you feel when you achieve that goal, not just the goal itself.
Keep your emotions positive. Remember that all your thoughts attract energy to you like a magnet, so it’s essential to focus on the good. Giving love and gratitude to the universe is what will make the universe conspire to provide you with what you need.
For example, if you manifest a new job, don’t concentrate on what makes you unhappy in your current position. Think about how accomplished and fantastic you’ll feel when you’re in the role of your dreams.
If you want to manifest a healthy body, concentrate on the things you can do and how you feel. Don’t hate your current shape, but visualize yourself when you’ve fulfilled your goals.
Don’t Limit Yourself
Many of us find it difficult to dream big, but the fewer limitations you put on yourself, the better. To bring significant changes to your life, you need to invite them and prepare for them.
It’s also important to not be afraid of what will happen when you reach your goals. Fear is a negative emotion that will attract more negativity, so don’t let those kinds of thoughts into your scripting. Dare to envision your wildest dreams, and you’ll notice they begin to come true.
Start writing without thinking about it too much. Don’t censor your thoughts, but rather try to let them flow freely, and evoke feelings in you. Write those feelings down, and don’t stop to correct yourself. This is not a test, so your grammar doesn’t have to be perfect.
The most important thing is to keep your practice as a positive experience. Do whatever it is that feels good to you, whether it’s a repeated affirmation or a whole new movie for your life every day.
The “I Am” Rule in Scripting
Since like attracts like, you always want to ask in present tense, as if what you are asking for has already happened. This is where the “I Am” rule comes in.
What is the “I Am” Rule?
The “I Am” rule means that instead of writing “I want to” or “I will”, you should always write “I am.” You’re writing in the present tense, so make sure every sentence starts with phrases like:
It is really easy to change any negative statement into a positive one. For example, if you find yourself writing “I want to”, your focus is visualizing on the lack of something, not as if you already have it. Change that to “I have” or “I am” and it completely changes your perspective to a feeling of abundance.
Scripting in Present Tense
Scripting is always done in present tense, no exceptions. This is a way to ask the universe for what you want, but write it down as if it has already happened and thank the universe in advance for bringing this into your life.
Not sure how this works? Think about what you want or what you are trying to manifest. Now imagine you already have that thing or are living that life. Then write down what you might say as if it’s the future and your desire has already manifested.
For example, if you are trying to manifest a new apartment, don’t think about what you have to do to get it or that you don’t have it now. Write as if you already have the new apartment, and how you feel about it.
Write down how excited you are to decorate the interior, how you love hosting friends for dinner, etc., and thank the universe for your new apartment.
Tips for Changing Your Mindset
In the beginning, it is hard to get past the old way of journaling.
If you find yourself writing about lack or what you want instead of writing as if you already have it, take each sentence, cross off the words that point to lack, and replace them with words that represent abundance.
Finish and Repeat
This is the most crucial part of your Law of Attraction scripting. Finish with an affirmation committing yourself to positivity and love for the day ahead, leave your scripting and come back the next morning.
The more you practice Law of Attraction scripting, the better. If you can find the time to do it every day, even for just five minutes, you’ll be more in touch with yourself and your goals.
If you can’t, try to find a couple of minutes a week or even in the month. Any time you can dedicate to scripting will bring you closer to seeing major changes in your life.
Now Take Action
The Law of Attraction won’t work unless you do. It’s easy to think that once you’ve done your scripting you can just kick back, binge-watch Netflix and wait for your dreams to come true.
Unfortunately, that’s not quite how it works. Scripting is an incredible tool for helping you manifest your desired reality, but the onus is on you to take action. The universe will provide you with opportunities but unless you’re keyed on, aware and ready to grab them by the horns, nothing will eventuate.
Never forget that fortune favors the bold.
Law of Attraction Scripting Benefits
Law of Attraction scripting is a powerful tool for manifesting whatever you want in life. It’s an excellent technique for both beginners and those who’ve been working on manifesting their desires for a while.
Law of Attraction scripting benefits include:
- Improving your focus.
- Concentrating on the right goals.
- Learning positivity and gratitude.
Improving Your Focus
When you’re merely thinking of what you want out of life, it can be difficult to focus and shut out noise in your mind.
However, when you put it on paper, you’ll notice it’s much easier to focus on the things you want to attract. Beginning each day journaling is especially effective for keeping yourself focused on your goals.
Finding the Right Goals
When you begin scripting, you might soon notice some of the things you’ve wanted are not as relevant as you thought. If it’s hard to make sense of the emotions you attach to these things or that they don’t make you happy, you might be focusing on the wrong goals.
This is nothing to worry about. Just shift to the things that make you the happiest. Scripting is a practice, and you’ll get better at finding what makes you content with a little effort.
Learning Positivity and Gratitude
Scripting also helps you keep in touch with positivity and gratitude. When you put all your goals on paper, it makes you see the beauty in other areas in your life.
We often think about what we desire in a selfish way, without being grateful for what we have. When you focus on gratitude, it has incredible transformative power (1) over your life.
The beauty of scripting is that you can apply it to both your deepest desires and your everyday life goals.
You’ve got the perfect notebook, and you’ve picked the right spot for your practice. It’s time to start. Breathe in peace and gratitude, and focus your mind on what you desire.
The key point to remember with the law of attraction scripting is that there’s no one perfect way to do it. Do what feels right for you and what fills you with gratitude.
You can transform your reality and make it anything you want.
