Coloring is pastime that many of us enjoyed as a child but did you know that it’s thought that coloring could help to decrease anxiety, de-stress and increase mindfulness (1).
Coloring can be a great addition to a mindful morning routine or a good way to de-stress after a long week.
I’ve been working my way through this “Life of the Wild Whimsical Animal Stress Relieving Coloring Book” because I absolutely love anything woodland animal themed. I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re an adult coloring book fan (after you’ve printed your free yoga coloring pages of course!)

Uses for Yoga Coloring Pages for Adults
As I mentioned above, you could use these as part of a mindful morning or evening routine or anytime you need/want to relax.
My 5-year-old son is a big fan of coloring and yoga so we will often spend quality time together doing some kid-friendly yoga and then coloring a couple of these pages.
You could also have fun girls night doing a guided rainbow meditation, some yoga, get a free numerology reading and then do some adult coloring pages together while you chat about life (that actually sounds like my kinda girls night – can I be invited? 🙂 )
