The Yang style of Tai Chi is the most well-known form. It can be traced back to the 1800s, established by a man named Yang Lu-ch’an.

The practice consists of 108 movements, with 37 different postures. It’s possible to slow down or extend the duration of the exercise, depending on your abilities.
Hao-style Tai Chi is a little more obscure; its movements are advanced compared to some of the others. Mastering it can bring calmness and provide access to subtle energies within.
Try to opt for a style that’s comfortable for your body and not too strenuous. The aim is not to tire yourself out, but to find self-awareness and improve your claircognizant abilities.
